Please note that your personal belongings will be searched upon arrival to ensure the safety of our community. Personal items deemed inappropriate will be sent home with an accompanying loved one, or will be stored and returned to you at discharge. Nicotine addiction is a life-threatening disorder, with a vast array of dangers and negative impacts on both the user and those around them. If you are currently a smoker, it is our sincere hope that you will allow us to help you quit while at Joshua House. Smoking cessation education, aids, and support will be provided. If you are a smoker and are unsure if you will be choosing to quit while with us, please bring your own cigarettes and/or vaping supplies.
